2. Deposit required
Bidding and buying, is very easy with our online system. So, we need a deposit from you so that we know you are serious about doing business with us, and not just surfing the internet. A refundable 100,000 Yen deposit is required. More information about payments can be found here.

Provide Cars bank account details can be found here >>

3. Purchase method used
Log in and search for cars on our auctions on line site. If you don't want to look for the car each day but want to be informed about the cars you are interested in when they occur in an auction, use our automatic emailing system. This is a very useful function and important time saver so please don't be afraid to use it.

Cars bid on and purchased.
You can use our "only one car" function. This allows you to bid on more than one car, although you would only like to purchase one car.

When you bid on a car you get the car at the price it sold for if it sold for or under your budget. If you don't mind us going over a little, tell us. Our bidding staff here will stick to a price given unless they know that the customer doesn't mind going 10 or 15,000yen over the budget.

4. Results
As soon as a car is bid on, where possible we put the results onto your "view my bids" comments area. If a car is bought, it can be viewed in your "my stock" area. If extra photos are required please advise us. Please note that some results come through very late. During the busy months of March, April and May some auctions finish at 2 or 3am in the morning Japan time.
Our staff use the following writing style for results:

s 340 (means the car sold for 340,000yen auction price)
p 250 (means the car passed for 250,000yen auction price)
bought (with a rising sun mark), congratulations, the car has been bought
removed (means the car was removed from the auction by the seller)
sold over (sold over our bidding price, but we are unable to find the
exact selling price)

7. Documentation sent

Bill of Lading FAX...
About 3 days after the boat leaves Japan we get the Bill of Lading faxed through to us. We will check payments are complete and then send the documentation onto you. Most countries we need to send off the documentation very quickly so please be sure payment is not behind. Help us to help you.

Every country has a different level of complication in what documentation is needed. Probably the most difficult is Mauritius. We have done, and still do them all. Just make sure you leave us plenty of time to send them all off to you. Again, help us to help you. Please state DHL or EMS forms of delivery, otherwise we will send by EMS (cheaper).
